This 12 hour program provides level 2 certification as a Role-Playing Game Facilitator.

Course ID: RPGF-2-200-01

Focus: All (Layperson, Education, Healthcare).

Total Training Hours: 4 to 12 Hours depending on RPG format (split over 2 to 4 days)*

RPG Formats Included: 1 of 4 (TRPG, LARP, CRPG, SRPG)

Total Rate (local): $300 to $1,500 depending on RPG format.

Rate (teleconference): $1,500 (max 6 trainees).

Rate (on-site distant): Negotiable / RPG Trailer

Prerequisites: RPGF-1 in related RPG format.

Post-training test: Yes (multiple-choice, fill in the blank, matching, short essay, long essay, applied performance evaluation).  Require 90%+ test score to receive certificate.

Training Certification Received: RPGF-1 + Format Identifier (Example: RPGF-1+TRPG, RPGF-1+LARP, etc.). Certificate is valid for 5 years, or can be renewed with CEUs.

Number of Trainees: 1 to 6 trainees per session.

Details: This program is available to both laymen and established professionals.

This program includes:

  • Refresher shorter version of the Overview Presentation (1 hour), plus more depth
  • RPG advocacy training (1 hour)
  • 2 or more interactive participation as a player and assistant to a GME or GMT (6 hours).
  • Post-game sessions processing (2 hours)
  • Additional information on special considerations for working special needs populations as an aide to the GME or GMT (2 hours).

 

Training includes introductory interactive participation in one of 4 RPG formats: 

  • Tabletop (TRPG)
  • Live-action (LARP)
  • Solo and group computer-based (CRPG)
  • Solo adventure books and modules (SRPG).

 

* Note: Training can be delivered either as two day-long (6 hour) sessions, or 3 half-day ( 4 hour) programs. All training must take place within a 1 week period.
