Note: We have overwhelming demand from paying clients far outpacing our ability to provide services due to a lack of sufficiently qualified people. Since it is so difficult to find qualified candidates, we are willing to take on the more exceptional and dedicated prospects as volunteer trainees to prepare them to fulfil next year's client demand. So some of these positions may be intended for billable/payable hiring in 2018.

Note: Since we know how difficult it is to find candidates with the requisite certifications, a combination of skills, experience, and related training/certification/degree will also be taken into consideration. For those candidates already meeting most of the GM experience background, and that already have other related education/training/certification, there is the option to apply as a trainee to receive training and experience working toward certification. Since even this is challenging to find, we are also able to accept a limited number of candidates as volunteer employees, and/or unpaid trainees/interns, to receive free training to work toward passing the certification tests. The courses are typically available about once per week, and at that rate, candidates typically take anywhere from 3 months to a year to reach sufficient qualification for passing the certification.
