It is extremely challenging trying to find the right talented people, with the passion for, and sufficient experience with role-playing games (RPGs), Therapeutic Recreation, Music Therapy, and the other critical skill sets, personalities, and gaming style we require. So we are open to any candidates that fit the bill, and then working out solutions to have that talent become part of our Team Network.

Certified RPG Player Archetype I (Entry-level) by Hawke Robinson — last modified Jul 08, 2017 01:43 PM
This is an entry-level position. The player archetype is responsible for filling the role of various role-playing gamer "types". The participant takes on various Player Archetype roles to help training Game Masters learn how to address such situations more effectively. Types include: Munchkin, Rules Lawyer, Murder-hobo, etc. This is an excellent means of gaining experience toward other RPG certifications.
Certified RPG Player Archetype II - Therapeutic Settings by Hawke Robinson — last modified Jul 08, 2017 01:50 PM
This is an antry-to-mid-level paid position. The player archetype is responsible for filling the role of various role-playing gamer "types". The Certified Level 2 Player Archetype, Therapeutic Settings staff member is someone that has been trained and certified to respectfully and professionally fulfil this role in therapeutic settings. The participant takes on various Player Archetype roles to help train Game Master Therapists to learn how to address such situations more effectively. Therapeutic player archetype examples include: Autism spectrum, MD, CP, brain injury, etc. This is an approach similar to roles played in First Aid, Search & Rescue, talk therapy, and similar training programs. This is an excellent means of gaining experience toward other RPG certifications.
Certified RPG Player Archetype II - Education Settings by Hawke Robinson — last modified Jul 08, 2017 02:28 PM
This is an entry-to-mid-level paid position. The player archetype is responsible for filling the role of various role-playing gamer "types" in education settings. The participant takes on various Player Archetype roles to help train Game Master Educators to learn how to address such situations more effectively.Types include: disruptive student, zoned-out student, argumentative student, student with various LDs, etc.

An entry-level position. The Certified RPG Advocate, Level 1, promotes and advocates for RPG Therapeutic's related endeavors, including: RPG advocacy, therapeutic recreation advocacy, music therapy advocacy, RPG Therapy, RPG Education, RPG training, RPG Professionals.

An entry level position. Help organize, manage, and facilitate RPG Therapeutics events using role-playing games, drum circles, and other recreational and music activities at various locations, conventions, and other events.
Role-Playing Game Writer I (Remote Work Available) by Hawke Robinson — last modified Jul 22, 2017 05:46 AM
A mid-level position. The Role-Playing Game Writer I, working with other staff members, develops, documents and updates our TR-based role-playing game adventures and related documents. Adventures are created for in-company projects, and created on a client-facility-specific basis as needed. MUST HAVE CURRENT CTRS, AND EXTENSIVE RPG WRITING EXPERIENCE.

A mid-level position. The Certified Therapeutic Recreation (TR) Program Plan Designer I, develops, documents, and updates our TR-based program plan documents. Program plans are created for in-company projects, and created on a client-facility-specific basis as needed.

A mid-to-senior level position. The Certified Professional Game Master II (GM) provides role-playing games, and optional music services, to clients with specific needs, and provide RPG training for entry-level Game Mastering trainee clients wishing to learn similar skills.

A senior level position. The Certified Professional Game Master III (GM) provides role-playing games, and optional music services, to clients with specific therapeutic needs (RPG Therapy), and provides RPG training to professionals wishing to learn similar skills.
Certified Game Master IV by Hawke Robinson — last modified Jul 09, 2017 01:43 AM
A master-level position. The Certified Level 4 Professional Game Master will run regular sessions with various clients, at various client locations. The GM IV is also the master trainer of all other GMs, and the senior level report. The GM IV provides advocacy, public speaking, training for players, game masters, educators, and therapists for RPG Therapeutics Staff and clients.
Certified Game Master V (Director level billable $90+/hr) by Hawke Robinson — last modified Jul 09, 2017 01:46 AM
A Director-level position. The Certified Level 5 Professional Game Master supervises all other GM staff in addition to providing some premium RPG and Music Therapy sessions with various premium clients, at various client locations. The GM V regularly speaks at major events. Negotiate new client contracts. The GM V oversees TR program plan development, implementation, and revision. The GM V reports to the senior executive staff. The GM V provides advocacy, public speaking, training for players, game masters, educators, and therapists for RPG Therapeutics Staff and clients. $90+ per game session hour. Billable positions open Summer 2018.
